Spectrum Information Services meets with each customer in a detailed analysis of their specific business application and workflow process. From there, we design, engineer and develop custom tailored solutions, geared specifically to achieve the objectives of that particular customer. In doing so, we utilize non-proprietary, industry standard, state-of-art, open access software platforms proven in their respective applications such as Visual Basic, Oracle, SQL, ODBC, UNIX, and Windows NT.
Once the network system is verified and validated we begin the implementation process which consists of the following:
- Scanning sample documents
- Write release scripts
- Putting test files up to the secure web portal
- Obtain written authorization of quality and indices
- Test ingestion into new or existing platform
- Validate and confirm all transfer protocols
- Define workflow design
- Obtain or create record retention and document destruction schedules
- Meet with client and review SOW and execute proposed plan if acceptable
- Implement SOW
