Curtis Pilon, President
After 5 successful years with Endata-First Image, a document management company, and then the Micrographic Technology imaging division of NCR Corporation – Mr. Pilon founded Spectrum Information Services in June of 1991.
With his visibility into the promise of paperless office efficiency looming just around the corner for small to medium sized business, governmental, healthcare and legal organizations… moving out into the marketplace as a “customer centric” provider of document scanning and storage services was an easy decision. Coupled with a formal education in Accounting and business management processes from California State University at Fullerton, Curtis has grown Spectrum Information Services into one of the premier First Tier document imaging and scanning companies serving the West Coast. Under his direction, Spectrum Information Services has expanded their service offering beyond document imaging into document management and full service printing and mailing.
Darryl VanNatter, VP Professional Services
Darryl joined Spectrum Information Services in November of 2008, and brings over 26 years of experience in the document management industry, managing and supporting data capture services which includes operations management, key account management, financial planning, business development, imaging system design, project management and implementation management. As the senior member of the SIS Professional Services Team, Darryl is responsible for working closely with our clients to understand their individual document capture and integration requirements and ensuring that SIS architects and delivers a secure, high-quality, cost effective solution to meet and exceed their document capture expect.
Cheryle Ehmke, Business Development
Cheryle joined Spectrum Information Services in November of 2008, as Business Development Manager primarily responsible for the Medical Services Division of our business. Cheryle brings to Spectrum Information more than 30 years experience in the information technology business and over 25 years of successful sales and marketing experience in the enterprise capture industry. In addition to managing the Medical portion of our business, Cheryle is also responsible for business develop and support of several of our Global 2000 clients and developing strategic alliances with numerous leading-edge partners where the combined services will enhance both organizations offerings to our joint clients. Cheryle comes to Spectrum Information Services from Anacomp where she held numerous Senior Level Sales and Marketing positions.
