Jerry kept in daily communication from project design through implementation. His creative solutions overcame several technical challenges:

  • Developed a checkbox document ID form we could use to manually mark appropriate document types and have the page scanned in but not show up in the final document.

  • Developed a method to keep track of staple and paperclip points so the people putting the files back together would know where staples and clips needed to go.

  • Presented data and followed up daily so we could assess workflow and make sure we staffed appropriately each day to save costs and increase efficiencies.

  • Juggled staff so that staffing resources were available when needed and off the project when not needed to reduce our costs.
